What is HYROX?
Finding Inspiration in Every Class
HYROX combines running with functional moves such as walking, pushing, pulling, jumping, squatting, bending, lunging, and core work in a variety of creative ways. Our 60 minute classes see a warmup, a workout and a cool-down. We use equipment such as dumbells, wall balls or 'fred the sled', bikes, or ski-ergs, or simply your body weight (who doesn't love a burpee...okay quite a few of you).

These moves when combined set you up for all of life's challenges. You improve your cardiovascular fitness, motor skills, bone strength, muscle strength, agility, and flexibility, no matter your age experience, or fitness levels. We scale the moves to suit YOU.

Our weekly classes are to get you fit for life, but you have the bonus if you want, to take it to the next level and take part in HYROX competitions.

Each race is hosted indoors in expansive exhibition halls, creating a great atmosphere, where you can bring your support crew, along with other spectators to cheer you on from beginning to end.
​
This race format remains consistent across the globe, enabling global leaderboards & a cumulative World Championships at the end of each race season.
​
We understand that competition isn't for everyone, you can simply turn up for a class, go home, feel electric, and come back again the next week. It's up to you, the journey is yours, and we support you every step of the way.
